MMAPS makes it simple for non-technical users to create and update cutting edge rich media websites. The easy to use admin pages handle the insertion of any HTML code for you, resize/ optimise your images and make it simple to insert audio or video assets.
All your rich media assets whether images, video, audio or Flash swf's along with other files like PDF's or Word documents are dynamically uploaded into your own fully searchable and categorised archive. These assets can then be selected to work across any number of pages within the system. Assets may be individually allocated to other users or shared among groups.
The system has an inbuilt publishing workflow that works in tandem with comprehensive user and group management controls. Articles can be written and edited by lower level users and then passed on to higher level users to check content before being published to the web. At each stage there is an 'in place' preview function that allows the user to see what the page will look like when it eventually goes live.
The system has a range of templates that make it easy to create slideshows, online jukeboxes or video galleries and is fully modular allowing the addition of other features such as polls and blogs. There is also the facility for a fully featured advertising system.
