Do you need to take payments online, for yourself or on behalf of a client? A properly configured PIRS installation automates these functions and does away with much of the data entry or form filling required by less sophisticated or paper based systems.
We use a number of industry standard payment systems that are completely secure and reliable. The PIRS system will then log the transaction and capture any required data. On payment confirmation an invoice is then generated and sent to the client along with any other license, contract or terms and conditions that may be required.
The system has a comprehensive back end that allows the admin user to see and edit all transactions and request them to be displayed in a variety of ways. It works on modern mobile phones to allow you to keep track of your sales information from anywhere.
The final stage of the process is to produce statistics and reports on the data gathered. These can be output in a variety of file formats including cvs, xml or to any database with an ODBC interface (Access, DB2, Oracle etc).
We have recently set up a PIRS installation for Southwark Council Film Office. The system manages the requests for a license to film in Southwark, from online application, through payment and authorisation, to statistical reporting.
